Life Settlement Insights LLC is seeking a highly qualified case manager for its Cleveland headquarters location. LSInsights is a young national financial services firm experiencing rapid growth in the secondary market for life insurance, life settlements.
Case Managers coordinate the collection, preparation, processing, and closing of life insurance settlement transactions. Successful candidates are self motivated, detail oriented individuals with exceptional communication skills. Applicants must be well organized, and have the ability to manage and prioritize responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain excellent interactive relationships with sales, agents, advisors, carriers, providers, and fellow co-workers
- Coordinate with sales and new business contact the collection and preparation of new cases
- Review applications for completeness and accuracy
- Work with carrier companies to quickly process requests for pertinent policy information
- Train and educate new agents or advisors on life settlements and set attainable expectations throughout the settlement process
- Compile new case files and market to institutional providers
- Proactively follow up with agents or advisors to communicate current case status
- Oversee and manage the closing process, including agent involvement, seller/insured/notary signatory, and provider due diligence while advising the finance department on expectant commission receipt
- Maintain files according to internal compliance procedures
- Provide reporting on caseload as it pertains to each status including work in progress, negotiations, closing, commission, etc.
- Recommend process/procedure improvements that will increase case volume per case manager while shortening the average time line of case processing
- Other duties as required
Preferences:
- Several years experience in customer service, account management or related servicing and processing environment
- Ability to learn quickly, remain focused, and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills, including oral and written
- Must demonstrate a team work attitude and positive demeanor at all times
- Computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, ability to learn and adapt to new software systems
- College degree preferred

The firm wholesales its life settlement brokerage services to regional and national life insurance distributors, general agents, agents and financial advisors.
The Job:
The candidate will support Senior members of the sales and account management team working with key accounts and financial advisors to transform opportunities into sales. The successful Account Executive must be an excellent communicator and have a strong customer-service orientation. In addition to solid analytical and technical skills, the firm needs a positive, energetic person who is a self-starter, well-organized, resourceful, flexible, and a good team player.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales and account management team in meeting the needs of our clients
- Respond to requests from clients on topics such as lead qualification, illustrations, analytics, marketing materials, sales ideas, and pending case status
- Work with case management and other members of the internal operations staff to obtain outstanding requirements and resolve case challenges
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree preferably in business and 1-2 years of sales or account relationship management experience in life insurance, life settlements or financial services. Securities and/or insurance licenses is a plus.

The firm wholesales its life settlement brokerage services to regional and national life insurance distributors, general agents, agents and financial advisors.
The Job:
The candidate will serve as primary contact for key accounts and work with them and their advisors to develop new cases and transform opportunities into sales. This position will also have new account creation and business development responsibilities. The successful Senior Account Executive must be an excellent communicator, have a strong customer-service orientation, and be able to manage relationships at all levels of an organization. In addition to technical skills, the firm needs a positive, energetic person who is a self-starter, well-organized, resourceful, flexible, and a good team player.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with distributors and their advisors through continual sales/marketing campaigns
- Respond to requests from distributors and advisors on topics such as lead qualification, illustrations, marketing materials, sales ideas, and pending case status
- Seek new business opportunities through existing referral networks
- Work with case management to prioritize pending cases, obtain outstanding requirements, and resolve case challenges
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree preferably in business and several years of new business development or account relationship management experience in life insurance, life settlements or financial services. Securities and/or insurance licenses is a plus.
