Information Collection LSInsights will need certain information to evaluate and/or process a life settlement transaction on a client's behalf. You will receive (electronically or hard copy) documentation which will outline the information needed to process your client's request. The client's signature will be required on these documents before we may release their information to the applicable third parties. The information is restricted to those third parties performing a business transaction during the life settlement process which may include but is not limited to: insurance companies, medical providers, medical and mortality underwriting firms, and providers (policy buyers).

We will maintain a record of client information at the offices of LSInsights to comply with federal and state regulations. All employees of LSInsights are required to sign and acknowledge a Confidentiality and Nondisclosure Agreement. Each employee has been trained on maintaining the privacy of each customer and the importance of protecting the customer's personal information. We limit employee access to nonpublic personal information only to those who need to know this information in order to serve customer relationships. Employees are educated about the importance of privacy in accordance with our Standards of Conduct Policy.

Security LSInsights protects the security of the information submitted to us. The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our customers is of the utmost importance to us. Our secure servers protect the information using advanced encryption and firewall technology. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with all applicable regulatory standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
